PEOPLE Newsletter No. 4: Hot off the press!

PEOPLE project is back with a fresh issue of its colourful newsletter! PEOPLE Newsletter No. 4 is dedicated to the topic of 2018 Why the World Needs Anthropologists (WWNA) symposium: Designing the future, which just recently took place in Lisbon, Portugal. The PEOPLE team was there and all symposium attendees received a copy of the newsletter in their registration bags.

Take a look inside to will find out how we’ve been working on the future at our 1st Co-Creation Camp in Amsterdam and learn about the 2nd People-Centred Learning Cycle, where students of social sciences and humanities will work side by side with academic and industry mentors on real-life, exciting and challenging energy and sustainability case studies.

Get inspired by our interview with Sarah Pink, an applied anthropologist researching emerging technologies and automated futures. We are proudly presenting our PEOPLE team member, sociologist Jan Urban and one of PEOPLE’s heroes, mechanical engineer Jure Vetršek. And a glimpse into what the future holds for WWNA!
